We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address) and when submitting a property for analysis (listing URL or manually entered property details such as building name, location, size, price and payment plan).

We record the reports generated on your account, including the property analysed, the verdict produced and the timestamp.

Your email address is used to authenticate you and to send transactional messages related to your account and reports. We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.

Property details you submit are used to generate your report. This data may be stored in association with your account to allow you to retrieve your report. We do not sell individual property submissions to third parties.

Generated reports are stored and linked to your account. Aggregated and anonymised transaction data derived from DLD records may be used to improve Byside's analytical models.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Byside does not store payment card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the handling of payment information.

Byside uses Supabase for authentication and database services, and deploys on Vercel and Railway. Your data is processed on infrastructure provided by these third parties and is subject to their data processing agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [contact address — to be confirmed before launch]. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is entirely secure; we will notify you in the event of a breach affecting your data.
